Ampacimon’s Confidentiality Policy

The Ampacimon company (referred to as “Ampacimon”, “we” or “our” below) places great importance on protecting and respecting your privacy. This privacy policy provides information about how we collect, use and share any information that you disclosed to us through the Ampacimon website (referred to as the “website” below).

2.1. WHEN YOU SUBMIT A REQUEST FOR CONTACT VIA OUR WEBSITE

When you submit a request for contact via our website, we ask for your first and last names, the name of your company, your country, your email address, and your telephone number.

This information is used to reply to your request and to provide you with any requested information regarding our products and services. We may also contact you after you request contact as a follow-up. Any contact is based on our legitimate interest in supplying accurate information before and after sales, information requests or contact requests.

We store emails relating to contact requests for a period of two (2) years. After this period, these emails are permanently deleted.

2.2. WHEN YOU REGISTER TO OUR MEMBER AREA AND TO RECEIVE OUR NEWSLETTER

When you register in our member area we ask you for your name and email address.

When you register with us to receive our newsletter, we ask you for your email address.

By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receive information about our products, services, and other information that we believe might be of interest to you.

You can withdraw your consent at any time, in which case we will stop sending you our newsletter.

Your information is kept for as long as you continue to consent to receiving our newsletter.

2.3. WHEN YOU BROWSE OUR WEBSITE

Server logs are created and stored when you visit our website. The storage of server logs is legal when users are well-informed of the existence of logging systems and the stored data are exclusively used to guarantee the security of the system and identify issues.

3. TO WHOM DO WE DIVULGE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Your personal data will only be transmitted to third parties who have a contractual relationship with Ampacimon, who are acting on behalf of  Ampacimon or who are acting as a subcontractor of Ampacimon. Third-party access is limited to data that is necessary to perform their tasks. Ampacimon always requires subcontractors to implement the necessary organizational and technical protective measures for personal data and to guarantee that these data are held strictly confidential.

4. HOW AND WHERE MIGHT YOUR PERSONAL DATA BE TRANSFERRED?

As a general rule, your data is kept within the European Union. However, if some of our service providers are located in countries outside of the European Union (“Third Party Countries”), for example, we may transfer some of your personal data to third countries. This might in particular include third countries for which the European Commission has not issued an “adequate protection” decision.
