Ampacimon offers an internship opportunity in the field of cybersecurity. We are looking for a computer science or computer engineering student, passionate about cybersecurity, for a challenging and rewarding project.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INTERNSHIP

Title of the internship: Development and deployment of a SIEM (Security Information and Event Management)

Duration: To be determined by mutual agreement

Location: Loncin (Liège), Belgium

OBJECTIVE OF THE INTERNSHIP

‍

The main objective of this internship is to develop and deploy a SIEM within our internal infrastructure. The intern will have a great latitude in how the tasks can be accomplished, which requires an ability to make decisions autonomously. A supervision will be present to ensure the follow-up, and technical progress, as you will join the Security Team.

PROFILE SOUGHT

Computer science or computer engineering student, with a strong interest in cybersecurity
Knowledge in software development and information systems management
Knowledge in the field of SIEM (a plus but not mandatory).
Ability to work autonomously and make decisions
Good communication and teamwork skills
Speaks French and technical English

MISSIONS

Analyze the company's needs in terms of log centralization and analysis
Design and develop a SIEM adapted to our infrastructure.
Deploy and configure the SIEM
Test and validate the functionalities of the SIEM
Write technical documentation and progress reports
